Adam Ciccio, LMHC (Owner & CBT Counselor)

MARBLEHEAD LOCATION

Adam and his team are experienced clinicians who have worked in a vast array of mental health settings including, crisis, outpatient, inpatient, substance recovery, and outreach settings, and believe in providing comprehensive mental health care services to our individuals in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Psych-Education and "unlearning" old patterns is a large part of how Adam & his team are effective in their treatment process. Adam specializes in the treatment of OCD and Panic Disorders through CBT and has several Children's Books that focus on therapeutic themes for early intervention. Adam brings a lot of energy, positivity, and concrete evidence to his style of therapy. Learn more about Adam.

Jessica Lee, LMHC (Chief Clinical Officer and Outpatient Counselor)

Jessica is an experienced CBT counselor who previously ran a women's treatment program in Boston (Women's Renewal- CSS). Jessica previously worked at Brigham and Women's Hospital and also as Clinical Supervisor at The Dimock Center. Adam and Jessica have been working together in different settings for the past 5 years and is a leader in the treatment of trauma, substance abuse, and Eating Disorders. Jessica is very clinically astute and digs deep to find solutions to complex issues. Jessica is the Chief Clinical Officer and Supervisor at the North Andover Outpatient Offices.​

Rico Anzoategui, LMHC (Clinical Director/Bilingual Outpatient Counselor)

MARBLEHEAD, SALEM AND NORTH ANDOVER LOCATIONS

Over 10 years of counseling and social work experience in community, outpatient, inpatient, and school settings. Outpatient therapist in the North Shore for over 5 years at Eliot CHS. 7 years of youth/adolescent experience as a middle school therapeutic and guidance counselor and soccer coach at Spark Academy in Lawrence, MA. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Rico brings an energetic, positive, and clinically-sound approach to the practice! 

Danielle DeRosa, LMHC (Clinical Supervisor/Outpatient Counselor)

MARBLEHEAD AND N. ANDOVER LOCATION

Over 10 years of clinical experience with children. Danielle's experience with children and families is extensive, previously working for The Department of Children and Families as a Case Manager and at Germaine Lawrence as a counselor. Danielle has vast experience in the outpatient setting and practices practical, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Danielle's personality is very positive and down-to-Earth. Danielle is a great empath and advocate for her clients. She offers a hybrid of in-person and telehealth sessions.

Kayla Gomes, LMHC (Clinical Supervisor/Outpatient Counselor)

Kayla is an experienced, detail-oriented, uplifting counselor with former experience at Lahey Clinic working with individuals and couples on stabilizing their mental health to improve all different areas of functioning. She has experience working in schools and community outpatient programs with children, teens, and adults. Kayla’s approach can be described as positive, strength-based, down to earth, and direct. Kayla has over 4 years of treatment experience and is highly skilled in CBT. Kayla's expertise is working with individuals struggling with anxiety, specifically OCD.

Rachel Barnard, LMHC (Outpatient Counselor/Business Development Coordinator)

Rachel believes that individuals are truly resilient and have the potential to conquer mental health challenges. She received her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College and has experience working as an in-home therapist (IHT), as well as an outpatient therapist for both children and adults. Rachel works to create a non-judgmental space and is passionate about helping each individual attain their goals. She uses a combination of different evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities that are tailored to fit each individual that she works with. These interventions might include some aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more.

Sarah Picarillo, LMHC (Outpatient Counselor/Business Development & Billing Coordinator)

Sarah is a highly dedicated and motivated Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 3 years of experience. She is knowledgeable in psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and personalized goal-setting plans. Sarah is skilled in working with children, adolescents, and adults with a strong proficiency in behavioral health, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. Her experience has been focused on working with individuals with emotional dysregulation, displaced aggression, anxiety, and mood regulation. Sarah’s approach to clients is encouraging, sincere, and empathetic. She provides a welcoming space for individuals to feel safe, valued, and empowered to work on their goals effectively. She is an enthusiastic forward-thinking individual with strong ethics and the desire to help individuals and groups. Sarah offers both in-person and telehealth appointments based on client needs.

Lantz Kilburn, LMHC (Outpatient Counselor and Sports Psychology)

MARBLEHEAD LOCATION

Lantz works through the healing power of building stable and safe therapeutic relationships with strong rapport.  In session, he identifies themes and connections, while spotting and ironing out inconsistencies.  Combining the lenses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, clients can expect to work as a team with Lantz to understand why they exhibit certain thought processes and behaviors, and then work to accept or address them.  Using these same lenses, Lantz also serves as the director of Ciccio Counseling Center's Beyond the Lights program, which is a mental health program tailored specifically for student-athletes based on his own experience in sport, and research-backed approaches.  When he is not in session he enjoys the outdoors, reading, and staying active through running and yoga.

Allison Jenkins, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

SALEM LOCATION

Allison is a positive, strengths-based counselor who believes in helping individuals on their journey to getting to know themselves better through therapy. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. Allison has previous experience at Family Continuity working with children, teens, and adults on increasing positive communication, building self-esteem, and managing overall mental health symptoms. Allison has experience working in school settings as well as community outpatient programs. She utilizes several modalities of treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy (along with other evidence-based practices). Allison’s approach can be described as encouraging, warm, and empathetic. Allison aims to provide space for individuals to feel safe, heard, and able to work on goals effectively. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions depending on individual needs.  

Priyanka Deb, LMHC (Outpatient Counselor/Business Development Coordinator)

Priyanka Deb is a Master’s level clinician on the LMHC licensure track with experience working in outpatient community mental health providing individual and group counseling to clients. She specializes in working toward treatment with multicultural adults and adolescents with anxiety, stress, and mood-related concerns, and dual diagnosis substance use. Throughout treatment, Pri uses a strength-based approach to accomplish goals effectively that combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered approaches, psych education, and motivational interviewing skills. Pri feels that therapy may provide a safe environment as a learning experience for both the client and clinician to collaboratively develop helpful tools to fulfill long-term and short-term goals and allow for growth. She offers in-person and telehealth sessions based on client needs.

Meaghan Hanley, M. ED (Outpatient Counselor and Motivational Coach)

SALEM LOCATION

Meaghan is a Master's level therapist working toward licensure. She uses an eclectic approach that incorporates CBT techniques, strength-based practices, and mindfulness through a person-centered lens. Meaghan holds a firm belief that the client has the innate capacity for creating their most optimal selves and overcoming hardship and that a safe environment and positive therapeutic relationship can help to foster this growth. Meaghan has experience serving different populations in multiple levels of care including inpatient, outpatient, in-home family services, and care at the partial hospitalization level. Most recently, she has utilized clinical skills over the past three years working for Beth Israel Lahey, both on an adult inpatient dual diagnosis unit and managing BILH psychiatric admissions and emergency departments. During her clinical internship at The Boston Center Partial Hospitalization Program for Kids and Adolescents, Meaghan facilitated DBT, CBT, art therapy, and psychoeducation in both individual and group settings. Meaghan has strengths working with adults and children with OCD, anxiety, and trauma.

Stephanie Rockett, LICSW (Outpatient Counselor/Clinical Supervisor)

Stephanie is a dedicated and compassionate, down-to-earth clinician. She strives to support individuals in meeting their goals and optimal functioning, as well as being a strong advocate for themselves. She has been in the mental health field since 2006 and has experience working in residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), In-Home Therapy (IHT), and outpatient mental health with children, adolescents, and adults. Stephanie uses a combination of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing. Areas of focus include treating anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and depression. Stephanie is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Mental Health Professional Group (MHPG) and has been trained in supporting those struggling with infertility.

Starlina Nunez, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

N. ANDOVER LOCATION

Starlina’s passion for combatting the mental health stigma led her to a career in helping people through one-on-one talk therapy including psychoeducation. Starlina earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College with fundamental experience being an outpatient clinician for both adults and children. She uses a combination of different evidence-based therapeutic techniques along with her own positive and mindful approach to cultivate an inclusive counseling environment. Starlina’s down-to-earth personality provides a space for individuals to feel safe and heard, which complements her treatment style.

Shannon Maglione, MS (Outpatient Counselor/Business Development Coordinator)

Shannon has a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. Shannon brings a wealth of experience from an array of settings, including previously working as a school teacher for nine years before obtaining her Masters's in Counseling. She also has clinical experience working at Essex County Correctional Facility with incarcerated men in both group and individual therapeutic settings. Being a friendly and empathetic presence in an otherwise chaotic environment to an underprivileged population gave meaning to the work she did. Her goal at Ciccio Counseling Centers is to provide a safe and caring place for her clients to work on their emotional well-being and to gain the tools that will help them outside of therapy sessions.

Emily Hammond, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

MARBLEHEAD LOCATION

Emily is an uplifting and charismatic strengths-based counselor who believes in the notion that growth and positive change are within us all. Through the power of advocacy and guided self-work, everyone has the capability of thriving in their respective journeys. She believes counseling through a cognitive behavioral and person-centered lens provides a balance between personalization and statistically proven methods to alleviate stress and anxieties, as well as increase mindfulness and self-esteem. Her experience has been focused on working with individuals of all ages with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, and stress. Emily specializes in helping individuals work through questions of gender, sexuality, and identity. Emily graduated from Merrimack College with his MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and before that from Wheaton College (MA) with a bachelor’s in psychology.

Ben Kelleher, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

DANVERS AND MARBLEHEAD LOCATIONS

Ben is a CBT-focused, person-centered counselor with work experience including inpatient, outpatient, substance use treatment, and school settings from elementary school to college. Ben spent his internship working with student-athletes running team-based and individual sports therapy sessions. Ben focuses on creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel secure in expressing themselves, and works to assist them in achieving greater control over their lives. He will always be the greatest advocate for his clients, pushing them to be their best selves through reflective insight and continued client input. Ben graduated from Merrimack College with his MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023, from Case Western Reserve University with his BA in psychology and cognitive science in 2020, and from Phillips Academy Andover in 2016.

Emily Reyes, M. ED (Outpatient Counselor)

Emily received a Master’s of Education in Mental Health and School Counseling from Cambridge College. She is creative, collaborative and an outgoing individual. Emily has experience working in school settings as well as in her community. Before becoming a therapist, she taught Special Education at an elementary school. She has clinical experience working throughout Boston as an In-Home Therapist. She utilizes several modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play therapy, Psychotherapy and Behavioral Therapy. Emily’s approach can be described as warm, empathetic and solution oriented. Emily strives to create a safe environment where individuals can express themselves without judgment. She offers both in-person and telehealth sessions based on the client's needs. 

Amanda Govoni, LCSW (Outpatient Counselor)

DANVERS LOCATION

Amanda received her Master's degree in Social Work from Salem State University in 2020. She is collaborative, compassionate, and brings an expertise working with children, adolescents and families. She has clinical experience from working as a school- based clinician, school adjustment counselor, and currently is working as a clinician working with the ASD population in a therapeutic school. Her modality is strength based, CBT, and play therapy. Amanda's goal at Ciccio Counseling Centers is to create a safe place for clients to express themselves freely without judgment. She offers tele-health and in person services depending on her clients needs.

Samantha Boucher, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

ANDOVER LOCATION

Samantha (Sam) is an experienced Master Level Clinician who got her Masters in Science from Merrimack College’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. With experience gained from working at Lahey Hospital in their psychiatry department she encountered a wide variety of mental health challenges and assisted patients in the Outpatient Office as well as those in the ER, and Transplant unit developing positive coping skills, challenging negative thoughts, and fostering a truly non-judgmental environment. Samantha focuses on developing strong therapeutic relationships, and creating a safe, welcoming environment in which clients can fully express themselves. Samantha has an extensive history working alongside children within the school system for the last 10 years and is passionate about working with the young adult population collaborating and providing support through life's transitional challenges. Samantha works with modalities such as Person-Centered, Narrative Therapy, ACT, CBT (TF-CBT), (MB-CBT) and Art and Play Therapies. Samantha offers both In-Person and Telehealth appointments to fit her client’s needs.

Alexandra Proch, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

Ally is a dedicated mental health counselor that utilizes a blend of existential-humanistic and person-centered therapy at the master's level. Ally excels in treating depression, anxiety, and loneliness, employing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and active listening. Her compassionate and holistic approach fosters a safe space for clients to explore their individual worldview, empowering them to find meaning and navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-awareness. Ally received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. She has experience working with children/adolescents, families, and couples in outpatient and in-home settings. 

Sayaka Koga, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

ANDOVER LOCATION

Sayaka is a compassionate master’s level therapist that helps individuals on their journey to becoming their more fulfilled and functioning selves. She graduated from Northwestern University with her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and in learning about the intersections between mental health issues, cultural identity, and treatment, she developed a passion for working with individuals in transitional periods of their lives. Sayaka is passionate about centering the individual in her work and using an eclectic mix of cognitive-behavioral, existential, and psychoeducational methods to help clients grow and improve their lives outside of therapy sessions. 

Lucy Phaneuf, M.ED. (Outpatient Counselor)

DANVERS LOCATION

Lucy is a passionate and empathetic mental health counselor that utilizes a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, & mindfulness approaches at the master’s level. She has experience treating individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and those who are in transitional periods of life. Lucy aspires to help individuals feel that they are in a safe space and that their lives have meaning and purpose. She is a compassionate therapist that utilizes holistic approaches, encourages autonomy and believes that being non-judgmental is very important. Also, she has experience using art therapy, play therapy, and DBT. She recognizes that each client is unique and has experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults. Lucy graduated with her M. Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College.

Rachel Schultze, LCSW (Outpatient Counselor)

Rachel is a compassionate, dedicated, and client-centered clinician. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University. With clinical experience gained from both a memory care facility and a private practice working with clients of all ages and of diverse backgrounds, Rachel helped clients develop positive coping skills, manage/change behaviors, enhance mindfulness, and increase self-esteem- amongst others. Rachel is passionate about focusing on meeting clients where they’re at and helping them to see the strengths they already have within them. She utilizes several modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused, Internal Family Systems, Narrative, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, all while intertwining them with mindfulness. She offers both in-person and telehealth services depending on client needs.

Joseph Ginsburg, MA (Outpatient Counselor)

ANDOVER LOCATION

Joseph is known for strong communication and interpersonal skills, developed through extensive work through counseling and coaching with clients of various ages, genders, and ethnicities, including veterans and active-duty military personnel. Skilled in person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches, with expertise in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress-related issues, and substance use disorders. He excels at goal setting, introspection, and collaboration with empathy and a commitment to growth. Committed to fostering positive change and supporting clients on their path to well-being. Currently, a provisionally licensed mental health counselor, working towards independent licensure. Holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, with experience working in both intensive outpatient and outpatient settings.

Brianne Costa, MS (Outpatient Counselor)

SALEM LOCATION

Brianne Costa uses a person-centered and client-led approach to therapy with techniques from expressive therapies, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and ACT. Brianne earned her MS in clinical mental health counseling from Merrimack College and also has an MFA in creative writing from Lesley University and BA in English from Emmanuel College. She has experience in community-based mental health, working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. Her training and clinical skills include managing suicidal risk and self-harm; sensory motor arousal regulation therapy (SMART); and the attachment, regulation, competency (ARC) framework for trauma. Brianne is also certified in the adolescent community reinforcement approach (A-CRA) for treating substance use disorders.
